There are a few options available:
- First, you can use WD-40 Specialist Fast Drying Contact Cleaner, noting it is solvent based so ensure it is compatible with the material you are using it on. If unsure, test on inconspicuous area first.
- Alternatively, you can use petroleum distillates (mineral spirits, Stoddard solvent) or ketones (acetone, methyl ethyl ketone) – ensure it is compatible with the material you are using it on. If unsure, test on inconspicuous area first.
- Or you can use hot, soapy water and scrub until WD-40® Multi-Use Product is removed.
